Meet the Team

I am responsible for all of our contracts, stakeholder management and the strategy and vision of the Workforce Development Hub.

I provide clinical leadership, and support workforce development and strategy

I lead on research and evaluation, investigating the impact of a GP training intervention in areas where high levels of health inequity exist. I am also investigating how new roles in primary care impact on service delivery.

My role is to support all healthcare professionals, including the Personalised Care roles.

My role consists of promoting the apprenticeship scheme with in primary care and encouraging anyone who has an interest in the programme. Time is also spent supporting Student Nursing Associates and Registered Nursing Associates.

My focus is to improve the overall recognition and continued development of PAs throughout primary care and within the primary care networks.

I support healthcare professionals across Southeast London with learning and development. This includes scoping and identifying best practices and sharing this across the six boroughs. My focus is to ensure Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers and Health & Wellbeing Coaches are equipped with the right skills and training.

I have clinical experience working as a GP partner, salaried and locum roles. I am also an educator and coach, and I am passionate about helping others to grow and be well.

I lead on student nurse placements, GPN academic pathways, Workforce Race Equity Standard (WRES). I am the Programme Director for GPN fellowships. I also support the delivery of Advanced Practice courses.

I work on increasing Bromley's GP trainer numbers and encouraging established GPs who wish to be come trainers. I also support embedding quality education within the PCNs.

I am a sessional NHS GP and academic lecturer with a special interest in health inequalities coaching and mentoring. I am the co-lead for the SEL Mentoring scheme, and also work in South East London as a clinical lead for a digital transformation team.

I lead the South East London Webinar Programme and the Bromley Academic Half Days. I also support CPD events across South East London

I support nurses on their learning journey by preparing and delivering teaching sessions.

My main role is to promote and place BSc student nurses in general practice by working closely with nurses, practices and universities.

My job involves supporting Student Nursing Associates as well as qualified NAs. I visit the trainees and offer assistance, answer queries and promote the job role to those that are considering starting the program.

I lead on the supervision of the First Contact Practitioners roles. I also provide advice and support on FCP roles.

I am currently working as Student Nursing Associate Practice Educator for SELWDH. It is my genuine desire to support and promote the training and development of the nursing workforce within SEL

I am the Practice Management Lead at SEL WDH and hope my vast range of experience can assist practices across South East London to grow and become sustainable.

I support nursing staff at the start of their General Practice career Preceptorship, as well as established nurses through Education programmes such as Non-medical Prescribing and Advanced Practice.

My role is to develop, accredit and deliver education and learning to the workforce.

I work across all six boroughs supporting PCNs and practices who wish to employ or expand their apprenticeship offer. I am passionate about the benefits of apprenticeships for both individuals and practices.

I joined SELWDH as a Senior Administrator in January 2023. I am now studying to achieve AAT Certification and overseeing the day-to-day account management of SELWDH.

I am now responsible for all training sessions and webinars. I also have involvement in the planning and the organisation of our face to face event such as the SEL Annual Educators Conference.

As the Communications Assistant at SELWDH, I specialise in crafting and executing comprehensive communications strategies. My role revolves around designing and implementing targeted communication plans, ensuring seamless delivery across various channels.

My main responsibilities include manging the comms team at SEL WDH and creating and implementing everything comms related from branding to comms strategies. I also have involvement in the planning, organisation and rollout of all SEL WDH events. I joined the team in February 2020, previously I worked at Bromley CCG in the Governance team.

I lead on all things technical at the SELWDH, innovating digital solutions and enabling SELWDH to deliver training and develop the primary care workforce more efficiently.

I am responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of SELWDH and Operations Lead for the Bromley Education and Training Hub (BETH).
